Commissioner Costello’s recent column in The Oklahoman discussed binding arbitration and how this has contributed to a “have vs. have-not” society. With all the hullbaloo going on around America (most notably, Wisconsin), we felt a brief time with Commissioner Costello would be beneficial for all listeners.
Jonathan Small is the Fiscal Policy Director for OCPA. He has served as a budget analyst for the Oklahoma Office of State Finance, fical policy analyst and research analyst for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and as Director of Government Affairs for the Oklahoma Insurance Department. Jonatahn will detail how our money is taken from us and where that money ends up!
